JDBJILI Terms and Conditions – What You Need to Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and JDBJILI ("we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the JDBJILI website, mobile experience, and all related gaming services available at jdbjili.click.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on JDBJILI, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Acceptance is automatic upon account creation — if you do not agree, your only option is to not use the platform and to close your account if one already exists.

Each player may hold only one JDBJILI account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, different names, or using different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your JDBJILI account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JDBJILI login credentials. You must not share your username and password with any other person. JDBJILI will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because of your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact JDBJILI support immediately at support@jdbjili.click. JDBJILI will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily locking your account for your protection.

JDBJILI accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. JDBJILI does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account that does not match the registered JDBJILI account holder's name may be returned, and the JDBJILI account suspended pending investigation.

All amounts displayed on JDBJILI are in Philippine Peso (₱). JDBJILI does not charge platform-side fees on deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your payment provider before depositing.

JDBJILI processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya in under 10 minutes for fully verified accounts, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals (InstaPay) generally clear within 30 minutes. PESONet withdrawals follow the bank's operating hours and may take up to one banking day.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully KYC-verified accounts. Withdrawal limits may apply to unverified accounts until identity verification is completed.

Key withdrawal conditions at JDBJILI:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name — matching the name on your JDBJILI account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement (also called playthrough requirement) before the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 20×, 30×) is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on JDBJILI contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages per game type are listed on individual promotion pages. Live Baccarat, for example, may contribute at a different rate than slots.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the period stated on the promotion page — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your JDBJILI account at any time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the requirements on an existing one will cancel the existing bonus.
• Abuse: Any player found to be abusing JDBJILI bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, or other forms of bonus exploitation — will have their bonus forfeited and may have their account closed permanently.

All games on JDBJILI — including Live Casino, Baccarat, Pusoy, Roulette, Bingo, Football Betting, and Virtual Sports — operate under their own specific game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a bet on any game at JDBJILI, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules applicable to that game.

JDBJILI's Random Number Generator (RNG) software for digitally simulated games has been independently tested and certified. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by prior outcomes. Live Casino games use physical cards, wheels, and dealing procedures performed by professional dealers on camera — the outcomes of which are equally transparent and unpredictable.

In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, game software error, or communication breakdown — during an active game or bet, JDBJILI's system will attempt to resolve the round using the last recorded valid game state. If a round cannot be completed or the result cannot be determined, all bets for that round will be voided and stakes returned to players' JDBJILI account balances. JDBJILI's decision on technical failure resolutions is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JDBJILI and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances, as well as potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating more than one JDBJILI account, whether in your own name or using a different identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or personal information to register or operate an account.
• Any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game — particularly applicable to Pusoy and other multiplayer card games at JDBJILI.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools, or artificial intelligence to place bets, simulate game play, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors — whether to gain financial benefit or otherwise. Any player who discovers a bug is obligated to report it to JDBJILI support immediately. Winnings obtained through exploiting errors will be voided.
• Money laundering or using JDBJILI in any way to conceal the source of funds. JDBJILI complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws in the Philippines and reports suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing JDBJILI staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access, probe, or interfere with JDBJILI's systems, servers, or data — including but not limited to hacking, DDoS attacks, and SQL injection attempts.

JDBJILI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms and Conditions have been violated.
• The account was opened using false, incomplete, or fraudulent information.
• A player is engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• A player's behaviour poses a financial, reputational, or legal risk to JDBJILI.
• We are required to do so by applicable Philippine law, regulatory authority, or court order.

In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, JDBJILI may withhold account balances pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, any legitimate funds will be returned to the player through their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their JDBJILI account — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so through their account settings or by contacting JDBJILI support. Any remaining balance after active bets are settled will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

JDBJILI is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in the Philippines. We strongly encourage all players to treat gaming as entertainment — something done with a predetermined budget and time limit, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from JDBJILI for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed until the period expires (except permanent exclusion, which is irreversible).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits JDBJILI's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

JDBJILI reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For material changes — those that significantly affect your rights as a player — JDBJILI will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor updates (such as clarifications of existing terms or typographical corrections) may take effect immediately.

Continued use of JDBJILI after changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using JDBJILI and may request account closure by contacting support.
